LeaderPrints LLC was co-founded in 2007 as a direct result of the collaborative creation of the Women’s Leadership Workshop (High Heel Performance Leadership) by Kerri Smith CUDE and Susan Luke CSP, CUDE.

The Women’s Leadership Workshop is designed specifically for women in leadership positions who aspire to become more dynamic leaders. The program is an intensive, hands-on workshop, providing a forum for education, coaching, mentoring, networking, and inspiration to ensure that women have a seat at the executive table, and are able to confidently provide the diversity that credit union leadership needs to keep the movement competitive.

In addition to the basic 2-day workshop, LeaderPrints also offers a complimentary learning system that includes a monthly subscription service to assist leaders in continuing their professional development. Additional information may be found by clicking on our Learning Center page.
